agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of Access.1
Communications, participating sponsors, their
immediate families and household members.
Contest
participants must be 18 years or older.
No purchase
necessary and contests are void where
prohibited.
Listeners are
eligible to win a contest once every 90 days.
Only one winner per household is permitted in
any contest.
After winning a
prize valued at over $600, winners must wait one
full year before they are eligible to win
another prize valued at over $600.
The station
reserves the right to limit the number of times
an individual may participate in a contest or
drawing and the right to end a contest at any
time without advance notice. The station also
reserves the right to supplement or change
contest rules at any time.
All decisions by
station judges and management with respect to a
contest are final.
All local, state,
federal and other taxes or fees for prizes
awarded become the sole responsibility of the
winner. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Gifts
are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.
Those who win prizes valued at over $600 will be
issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their
winnings.
The stations are
not responsible for the failure of participating
sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
All contest
participants and winners agree that the station,
Access.1 Communications and affiliates shall
have no liability and shall be held blameless
for any injury, misfortune or damage to either
persons or property insured by entering,
participating in, winning or losing any contest
by use or non-use of any prize received.
All prizes are to
be picked up and claimed in person at the
station during regular business hours and within
thirty calendar days of winning (excluding
holidays). Proper identification must be
presented to claim prize. After such time,
ownership of said prize reverts back to the
station to be disposed of at the station’s
discretion. The winner then loses all claims
and rights to said prize.
All entry blanks,
forms, devices and materials, as well as all the
information contained on or within, gathered
during the course of entry, shall become the
sole property of the station to be used,
disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of
the station.
All contest
participants and winners agree that the station
may broadcast or publish their name, city of
residence, photo, videotape, film or any other
likeness including their voice (recorded or
live) for any reason the station deems necessary
without compensation. All contest participants
and winners further agree to hold the station
blameless and without liability for such
publication, broadcast or use.
Stations reserve
the right to require contest participants to be
present at drawings to qualify to win prizes.
All contest winners are required to give their
full name upon winning. They may not call and
give another name to claim the prize…contest
participants can only win for themselves.
Noncompliance with this rule may result in
disqualification.
Violations of any
of these rules or attempts to win any contest by
fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds
for the station to disqualify that individual
from participating in all current and future
contests and events at the sole discretion of
the station as well as forfeiture of any prize
or prizes won by fraudulent means.
Stations may not
be held responsible for any technical
difficulties that result in a potential winner
being disconnected on studio lines.
Contest
participants using the internet must provide a
valid e-mail address. There is a limit of one
entry per e-mail address.
A contestant may
enter as often as he or she likes, but a
contestant simultaneously using more than one

contestant for contests that count phone-in
contestants.
